A good time was had by all.  We walked the course on Saturday afternoon, somehow missing the rain.  It was a nice track with a good mix for all levels;  I still  feel  this is an excellent competition for the novice horse and rider - all credit to the organisers.  We were lucky that we parked the box on the lower car park (hard footing) so did not need help from the tractors to tow us on and off the show field.  It turned out to be a lovely day, Molly and Idris had lots of fun only having a problem at the water but all in all a good start to the season.  We will be back BSJA next weekend (4th/5th and 6th) and on to Cragie Hunter trials the following weekend.
